| Aerofoam was started in 1996 as a manufacturer of EPP slope gliders. We were the third MFG. of "foamies"
after Pat Bowman and Dave Sanders. Some of our
designs were used in projects for Govt. Labs. and
that started the UAV division of Aerofoam. We
started making catapults in 1998, but Holliday
Designs" came out with a great full line of
launching gear, so we let them supply our catapults.
When "Holliday Designs" decided to stop production,
we offered to take over and bought out their
remaining product. Over the years we have improved
the designs and developed many complex launching
systems for the UAV industry. Our extensive testing
has provided design materials information well
beyond what is necessary for the hobby industry. We
produce the best launching systems available and are
continually researching new technology to improve
our products.
Policies:
Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped twice a week. Normally
all orders will be shipped within 3 days of
receiving it. If under the rare condition that I am out of a specific part, you will be notified by
phone and/or e-mail as soon as I get your order. You
can always E-mail to check on availability.
Return Policy
If you decide to return an unused item, you will be
reimbursed for the original purchase price of the
item minus any other incurred fees as long as the
product is in original condition. I can not accept
partially built kits or installed electronics for
return.
If you make a credit card purchase, please notify
me if you want to cancel the order.
If you contact me to cancel an order before it is
shipped, you will get an immediate full refund. If
you have any questions or want to change an order,
please email as soon as possible. I answer emails
