We add connectors at 50' on 100' rubber and 250' on the line.
This allows the high start to be set up for short fields
or long fields and the 50' rubber section can be used
as a zip start for landing practice. If you add another
chute, you would have 2- 50' rubber X 250' line, high starts.
Check out our chutes, they are 1.1 oz. rip stop with 3/8"
black nylon webbing risers sewn over the crown.

Chutes are $20.00 with a 220lb. SS snap swivel.

You supply suitable stake for your conditions, a 12" nail is good for hard packed
conditions on sizes up to 1/2" bungees, a spiral dog stake is required for softer soils or wet conditions.
Mega bungees require 18" to 2' concrete form stakes and possibly multiple anchors.

Catapult launching has risk, it shouldn't be done around children or where people may
wander through. You must use a suitable stake, a pulled stake will be launched AT YOU!
You must use at least 25' of line, so the rubber and stake have to travel a greater
distance and lose speed before they hit you! 25ft. is a minimum. I use 45ft. on megas.

The Story:

Latex tubing is not created equal. I have had natural latex (amber color) 
that only lasted 6 months in Arizona before it started crumbling.
The major hobby suppliers all sell extruded latex, some of it is fairly good.
Hobby lobby carries an extruded rubber that is very high quality and will 
last quite awhile, but it lacks the elastic qualities of the mandrel dipped 
tubing and the UV inhibitors aren't as good. The best UV protective tubing 
is always black. Our tubing is the best available and has the highest amount
of UV inhibitors. Our tubing can routinely be stretched to over 300%
elongation and is tested to over 600%!
