Aerofoam Customer Service Policy

 Orders are usually shipped twice a week.

If I am really busy, I may only ship once a week, but that

doesn't happen very often.Your order will usually be shipped 

within 3 days of receiving it.

Occasionally, I get  caught in the middle of  production and there

can be a delay of a week or two if I am out of a specific airplane

or rubber size.. This is a rare occurrence and you will be 

notified as soon as I get your order. You can always E-mail

to check on availability. If you decide to return an unused item,

 You will be reimbursed for the original purchase price of the item

 minus any other incurred fees as long as the product is in original 

condition. I can not accept partially built kits or installed

electronics for return. If you make a credit card purchase, 

please notify me if you want to cancel the order. 

Visa order cancellations result in a $10.00 charge 

that I will pass on to you. It is much easier for me to send a refund. 

If you contact me to cancel an order before it is shipped, you will 

get an immediate full refund. If you have any questions or want

to change an order, please email as soon as possible. I answer emails

very quickly. If you need to speak to me, send an email and I will

provide a phone number and time to call.
