Blem kits are kits that have parts that are cosmetically unacceptable for a new kit.
This means there could be wire marks in the wing or small divots from foam beads
pulling out of when they are peeled from the beds. Any defects will be small and
will NOT affect the final outcome of the kit. You may have to sand some minor bumps
off or fill some divots with light weight spackle, but by the time you are finished
taping and covering the plane, you will never know the difference.
